What to Expect
60 minute sessions
60 minute sessions that begin with a warm up and technique instruction, move into pad work and conditioning, then close with mobility and stretching, adapted to all levels.
Small Groups
Small groups (no more than ten women) to ensure personal attention and a supportive atmosphere.
Coaching that combines
Functional movement and longevity practices to build long lasting vitality, but also strength, stamina and self-confidence.

I should probably tell you: I’m not just teaching boxing — I’ve lived it. I’m a professional boxer who’s competed at the highest level, and I’m certified in multiple training and fitness disciplines.
But that’s not why we’re here. We’re here to use boxing as a tool for something bigger — better health, a stronger lifestyle, and the confidence to feel amazing in your own skin.
